Sizing shown is approximate and will vary in appearance depending on size, style and brand of garment. Adult mockups represent a standard unisex M/L t-shirt.

Capabilities

Screen Printing

Ink pressed through a mesh screen. Best for bold, opaque coverage and larger runs.

If artwork has to be resized for different garment sizes, it is considered a separate order.

DTF Printing

Full color artwork printed to film and pressed on with heat. Best for detail, full color, and mixed products.

You can combine multiple products with the same artwork in different sizes and keep the price breaks.

Quick Reference Sheet

Standard print width

11″ wide and not taller than 16″ on most adult garments. This applies to Front and Back.

Hoodie backs

Printed about 6″ below the collar to leave room for the hood. Final placement is confirmed in production based on your approved artwork.

Hoodie fronts

May need to be resized to fit around the pocket.

Ladies & youth sizes

Prints are resized to fit the smaller garment properly.

Distance from the collar

Crewnecks: 2.5″ down (about 3 fingers). V-necks: 1.5″ down (about 2 fingers).

Left & right chest

3.5″ wide, placed 2.5″ below the collar. Centered between the middle of the chest and the shoulder.

Centering artwork

Center all artwork. If a design is off balance, center it to the middle of the artwork itself.

You usually want to center things at their widest point, but sometimes that can cause issues. For example, the state of Indiana is mostly rectangular but has an irregular shape on its left side. If we centered it at its widest point, that would mean most of the shape would be on the right side, which looks off centered. So instead, we make sure that each side has a close to equal amount of the shape to make it look balanced.

Note

Due to the fact we use human employees and we are printing on a movable, stretchable surface, the print could be slightly shifted up to a half inch (.5”) in any direction.
